I didn't do this Week 1, but I got this now.
1. Arizona Vipers (2-1) - These guys look very good. They played the Marauders twice already, and they split the 2 games. They then dominated the Silver Wolves. They lost to the Marauders in OT, but they worked hard out there. Phillip North, who is the leader on the team, hasn't done as well as most might've thought, as HB Sam Lim as just overshadowing him. Defensively, Joe Jackson and Dustin Dingle have shut down some of the elite WRs in the league. They've given up big yardage occasionally, but thats what happens. All in all, these guys are a solid bunch.
2. Oakland Marauders (2-1) Oakland has shown that they want to compete for that West championship. Brian Tomlinson got off to a slow start, but after that, he just exploded on Special Teams, taking 2 punts back for TDs. Ben Mott seemed very efficient in his 3 games, but didn't run much. Mr Pwner has taken care of the #1 WR in each of the 3 games, only allowing 8 catches. This team will definently do good in the stretch, and its gonna be a wild finish in the West this year.
3. New Hampshire Hippies (1-1) The only reason they are ranked 3rd is because of the supremesy of the West. These guys have an easy schedule, playing the Wolves, who don't seem likely to win a game this year. Ken Sady is a very good power back, who gets those short yards when they need them. Chris King, who looked like an underachiever at WR during the preseason, has actually done pretty good. On Defense, Luige Morgan not having another CB opposite him hurt the secondary a lot, considering how slow the Computer CBs are. Chris Maher and Blair Thomas have helped a little, but not enough to stop Richad Smeltzer from getting wide open for a 50 yard TD. These guys will definently win the East, but you have to question them against the bigger and better West teams.
4. Rhode Island Wolves (0-2) I don't even know why they bother showing up to the games. They were killed against the Vipers, 40-3. They have no offense, and very little defense. Donovan Culpepper is a 3rd-Rate QB, and having inefficient WRs don't help the cause. Steve Savoy and Jack Williams are not the1-2 WR tandem you'd like to have. When Copernicus Cook is your star reciever, you know your in trouble. Ron Isley has been depended on bring the team back, but an egotistic HB won't help the cause. The Defenses only star player is Mike Dawkins. He leads the team in Tackles, and is a big contributer. Having 2 mediocre Safeties, Ed Reed and Troy Polamalu, don't help the secondary at all, when they only have 1 CB, Eugene Johnson, who isn't very good. You have to question whether or not they can win a game.
